Sherborn Home Sales Range From Nominal Trust Transfer to $2.8 Million
Ten Sherborn property transfers were recorded between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, with sale prices posted so far on five: a low of $1,000 (a family trust transfer at 34 Brush Hill Road) and a high of $2.8 million. Among priced sales, the median was $1,450,000. The month's top transaction was 75 Washington St., which sold for $2.8 million on Aug. 24 to Julie A. and Gilbert DiPaolo. Five of the 10 transfers appear to involve related grantor and grantee names, consistent with family trust transfers, and currently show no posted price. Sales were spread across nine different streets with no geographic clustering.
