The top sale was 75 Washington St. at $2.8 million, sold Aug. 24 by Xuan Dong and Xin Zhang to Julie A. and Gilbert DiPaolo. Four of the 10 recorded deeds were transfers within the same family or into a trust, none with a recorded price. Sales were spread across 10 different streets with no geographic clustering, and the data offers no basis for characterizing overall market conditions beyond the raw price range.
