Sherborn home sales range from $710,000 to $2.8 million as trust transfers make up nearly half of deed activity
Ten Sherborn property transfers were recorded between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, but only five disclosed a sale price. Among those five, prices ranged from $710,000 to $2,800,000, with a median of $1,640,000. The top sale was 75 Washington St. at $2.8 million, sold Aug. 24 by Xuan Dong and Xin Zhang to Julie A. and Gilbert DiPaolo. Four of the 10 recorded deeds were transfers within the same family or into a trust, none with a disclosed price. Sales were spread across 10 different streets with no geographic clustering, and the data offers no basis for characterizing overall market conditions beyond the raw price range.
