The month's largest transaction was 137 Lake St., which sold for $3.1 million on Aug. 4. Maple Street and Washington Street each had two recorded transfers. Six of the 17 deeds listed no sale price; five of those six involved matching family surnames between seller and buyer, consistent with trust or intra-family transfers rather than open-market sales.
