Sherborn Home Sales Range From $710,000 to $2.8 Million in Late Summer Deeds
Sherborn recorded 12 property sales between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, 2026, according to deeds filed at the South Middlesex Registry of Deeds. Eight of the 12 disclosed a sale price, ranging from $710,000 for a home on Farm Road to $2.8 million for a property on Washington Street, with a median of $1,644,500 among disclosed sales. The month's largest transaction was the $2.8 million sale of 75 Washington St. from Xuan Dong and Xin Zhang to Julie A. and Gilbert DiPaolo. Four of the 12 deeds, including three within-family or trust transfers, did not list a price, limiting how fully the month's price trends can be assessed.
