SHERBORN — The Sherborn Board of Health debated a mandatory well-testing rule but took no vote. Co-Chair Daryl Beardsley favored encouraging routine testing over a point-of-sale mandate, while Dr. Rebecca Hunnewell argued testing "should be required at the time of transaction" to protect a shared resource.
