SHERBORN -- A $2.125 million sale on Spywood Road led seven disclosed transactions in Sherborn during the roughly four-week period ending July 5, with all recorded sales clearing the $1 million mark.

• Nine deeds were recorded in the period; seven carried disclosed sale prices. The price range among disclosed sales ran from $1,050,000 to $2,125,000, with a median of $1,500,000. The remaining two transfers — at 255 S. Main St. and 244 Western Ave. — were recorded without stated consideration. The all-million-dollar floor across every disclosed transaction reflects a consistently high-priced inventory for the town.

MacGowan — the same buyers identified in the Spywood Road transaction recorded one day later — who conveyed the property to Martin Hooper and Yenileis Pardini Gonzalez.
