Board approves 65 Farm Road subdivision project as unified development

Sherborn Board of Health approves 65 Farm Road three-lot subdivision project. The three lots were approved as a single project with combined septic design flow of 1,980 gallons per day, just 20 gallons short of the environmental review threshold. Co-Chair Julie Dreyfus noted the common driveway defines the project, while Dr.
Rebecca Hunnewell raised concerns about cumulative environmental impacts on groundwater from clustered septic systems in limited suitable soils. The Board also granted a 4-1 variance for a well location at 109 Nason Hill Road (Hunnewell dissenting) and deferred C&L Frosty's food permits to February 11 pending revised compliance plans for a decades-old plumbing-code violation.
