Board of Health approves septic variances and building permits

Sherborn Board of Health approves Dunkin' variance and building permits. The Board granted a variance for the Dunkin' Donuts location at 23 South Main Street reducing grease trap pumping from quarterly to semi-annual inspections, contingent on grease remaining below 25 percent depth. The Board also approved building permits at 19 Peckham Hill Road for a porch conversion and at 45 Rockwood Street for renovation of a four-bedroom dwelling, plus a septic design at 73 Forest Street for new construction with six bedrooms in the main house and two in an accessory dwelling unit.
The Board approved three annual food establishment permits and seven temporary permits for May events, all unanimously.
