Sherborn Finance Committee reviews DPW, cemetery, and transfer station budgets in two-hour FY27 session. Harvey roughly $6,600 annually to rent equipment it cannot swap out for competitors. The cemetery department reported perpetual care interest earnings of approximately $24,000 this year, money it plans to return to offset its operating budget, while cemetery plots remain priced at $1,500 each. A design for the Farm Pond stormwater path project is complete, and a statement of interest for an MVP grant has been filed, with an application expected to open in early February that could cover the full construction cost.
