The board voted 3-0 Thursday on both measures, with Chair Robin Hunter citing zero resident complaints during the months-long trial and member Cam Hudson calling the COLA range fiscally prudent given looming budget pressures. The schedule — Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Tuesday 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m., Fridays closed — takes effect January 1, 2026, contingent on personnel board approval; the personnel board had recommended 3.25 percent, while the Warrant Committee proposed 2.75 to 3 percent.
