At a joint session March 11, the Advisory Committee and Capital Budget Committee finalized capital recommendations including $672,551 for Sherborn's share of the Dover-Sherborn Regional high school roof — down from an initial estimate above $900,000 — plus $506,000 for the Pine Hill School water tank, $450,000 for roadway management (split $275,000 from borrowing and $175,000 from free cash), and $400,000 for the town hall roof and exterior project. A $175,000 recycling center electrical and equipment upgrade was also recommended for exempt borrowing, adding a potential fifth ballot question to the Select Board's election warrant.
