Zoning Board approves Fireside Tavern entertainment permit renewal

Zoning Board of Appeals · Meeting of March 10, 2026

Sherborn Zoning Board renews Fireside Tavern entertainment permit. The board voted unanimously 3-0 to renew Laura Robbins' Special Permit for outdoor entertainment at Fireside Tavern, 33 North Main Street, with the same conditions as the original permit and an expiration date of March 10, 2030. Ms.

Robbins reported that two outdoor events have been held at the tavern, with sound measurements submitted to the Select Board's office. The board also voted 3-0 to continue Edward Paturzo's hearing on his petition to demolish and replace a non-conforming single-family dwelling at 179 Washington Street; wetlands and a 50-foot buffer zone constrain the project. The hearing continues Tuesday, March 24, 2026.
