Elder Housing Committee · Meeting of February 19, 2026

Sherborn Elder Housing Committee reports Woodhaven water project complete, with $116,000 budget overrun. The infrastructure project has been tested regularly by certified operator White Water with results submitted to the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection, Chair Pam Dowse reported. Dowse proposed requesting a Reserve Fund Transfer to address the overrun, though committee member Steve Petty recommended waiting for an On-Site Insight property assessment before proceeding.

The committee unanimously approved a $2,868 Plant Health Care renewal contract with Sav-a-Tree covering eight services in the coming year, and discussed a $14,436 proposal to replace Building 2 front doors.
