Water district commission approves prior minutes, continues startup work

SHERBORN — North Sherborn Water and Sewer District Commission approves three sets of prior minutes unanimously. Chair Andrea Stiller led four commissioners through the February meeting, which focused on draft General Bylaws and Water and Sewer Regulations with detailed review of version control and document organization. Clerk Joshua Gould flagged that several federal startup application forms require clarification regarding whether the District should be classified as a municipal entity or nonprofit organization before submissions can proceed.

The commission also discussed coordination on a potential water system operator, the Framingham intermunicipal agreement status, and recruitment of an additional commission member.
