SHERBORN — The North Sherborn Water and Sewer District Commission advanced its path toward establishing a full-service water and sewer system. The Commission approved its meeting agenda and advanced startup planning, directing staff to develop categorized startup expense lists and preliminary cost estimates for potential developer funding from Toll Brothers and Kennedy Wilson. Commission members progressed toward finalizing an intermunicipal water supply agreement with Framingham and supported a grant application letter that coordinates utility infrastructure with planned Course Brook bridge replacement.

The Final Environmental Impact Report is on track for state certification by August 28, moving the project into Interbasin Transfer Act review.
