Water Commission Plans District Readiness as Coolidge Crossing Advances

SHERBORN — North Sherborn water commission confirms Kennedy Wilson, targets March filing for Coolidge Crossing. Kennedy Wilson has taken over the apartment component following Toll Brothers' December sale of its apartment-development platform; Toll Brothers continues the for-sale component. The Commission discussed district readiness, including business-plan development, rate structures tied to Intermunicipal Agreements with Natick and Framingham, and water conservation and loss-control planning.

Members approved December 3 minutes and tabled December 12 minutes pending review. Frank Jenkins, absent due to health issues, will have his appointed seat filled through public posting and Select Board coordination. Next meeting: January 29, 2026. ===BRIEF===
