Sherborn Select Board confirms leadership roles and orders financial review

Sherborn Select Board votes to authorize state financial management audit. The board unanimously approved a request for the Massachusetts Division of Local Services to conduct the town's first financial management review since May 2012, when 26 recommendations were issued. Chair Steven L.
Tsai will notify DLS of the vote. The board also reorganized, unanimously reelecting Tsai as Chair, Dan Sichel as Vice Chair, and Jeffrey Waldron as Clerk, and heard updates on the Sustainability Department, including a new 30-month electricity supply contract taking effect in June and a partnership with HomeWorks Energy for residential energy improvement outreach.
