Sherborn Select Board approved a $147,000 Reserve Fund transfer to cover budget shortfalls in eight town departments, preventing state law violations against deficit spending. Finance Director Deb Siefring had requested the funds after several departments overran their budgets; the transfer addresses Selectmen, Finance Committee, Town Counsel, Town Buildings, Fire, Transfer Station, Board of Health, and Debt Service shortfalls. The Board unanimously appointed or reappointed 18 people to various committees with terms expiring June 15, 2029.

The Board also approved the Decarbonization Roadmap and a Zero Emissions Vehicle First Policy with four votes in favor and one abstention (Clerk Jeff Waldron), and unanimously approved a 25-year lease with the Sherborn Historical Society for library space.
