Sherborn Planning Board amends Millborn Farm parking approval

Sherborn Planning Board unanimously votes to allow concrete for Millborn Farm handicapped spaces. The board voted 3-0 to modify an earlier approval, adding concrete as an option for the handicapped parking space under Condition 1. Town Planner Heidi Doyle reported that the Massachusetts Department of Transportation has authorized the town's engagement of an engineering group for the Downtown Transportation Improvement Project, with details to follow at the next meeting.
Doyle also announced that a Meadowbrook Commons submission is expected in the coming week, likely requiring Site Plan Review, Special Permit for Environmental Assessment Overlay, and Stormwater Management Permit approvals.
