Sherborn Planning Board advances stormwater and zoning bylaw amendments for spring town meeting. Town Planner Heidi Doyle presented amendments to General Bylaw Chapter 200 (Stormwater Management) and Zoning Bylaw Chapter 240, including expanded groundwater protections beyond state MS4 requirements and corrections to housing provisions. The board received no public comment at the February 10 hearing, approved warrant articles unanimously pending town counsel modifications, and continued the hearing to February 24 at 7:30 PM to finalize language.
The amendments will be presented to the Advisory Board on March 21 before going to Annual Town Meeting.
