Sherborn Announces October Fishing Fundraiser to Benefit Veterans
SHERBORN — Sherborn Town Hall announced Monday that the town will host "Fishing for a Cause 2026," a fundraising fishing event at Farm Pond on Sunday, October 4, from 8 a.m. to noon, with proceeds benefiting veteran and family support nonprofit Home Base.

The town's News Flash said the event is meant "to benefit Veteran & Family Care thru Home Base," the Massachusetts-based organization that provides clinical care and support to veterans, service members, and their families. The Sherborn Public Library will be closed Saturday, September 5, and Monday, September 7, for the Labor Day weekend.
