Sherborn Planning Board schedules June 9 hearings on two development applications. The Board set a public hearing for the proposed Meadowbrook Commons development by Toll Brothers and a separate hearing for a 65 Farm Road stormwater management permit application for a three-bedroom home. Board Member Chris Brown raised concerns about the structural capacity of an aqueduct crossing serving as an emergency access road and potential stormwater runoff impacts.
The Board also referred three proposed zoning bylaw amendments to a consultant for review and deferred its reorganization vote to June 9.
