Sherborn Planning Board endorses 65 Farm Road ANR, continues shared driveway hearing. The Board unanimously approved the Approval Not Required application and opened a special permit hearing for a common driveway to serve three homes. Applicant Bob Murchison and abutters Mary Moore and Brian Moore raised questions about maintenance obligations and protections for drinking water and stormwater management.
The Board continued the hearing to February 24 at 7 PM to incorporate comments from town departments.
