Sherborn Planning Board advanced a comprehensive zoning bylaw reorganization, consolidating the Business Professional district into Business General zoning. Co-Chairs James T. Guarino and Stefani Harrison directed Town Planner Heidi Doyle to restructure use categories under broader groupings including Assembly, Automotive, Commercial Hospitality, Office, Retail and Personal Services, and Utilities.

The Board agreed to consolidate restaurants and bars, cap hotel and bed-and-breakfast units at approximately six rooms, and require automotive and drive-through uses to seek special permits. The Board also continued the Meadowbrook Commons hearing to September 1 and invited landowner George Fiske to discuss a proposed land swap.
