SHERBORN — Planning Board granted stormwater management permit for 65 Farm Road development. Town Planner Heidi Doyle presented revised permit conditions for the property owned by Gary Lambert and submitted by DGT Associates, incorporating June 3 and June 8 revised plans and Conservation Commission guidance. The Board voted unanimously to grant the permit after applicant Lambert confirmed he had no objections to the conditions.
The Board also unanimously authorized staff and Co-Chairs James Guarino and Stefani Harrison to re-sign corrected Approval Not Required plans for 250 Western Avenue, fixing a scrivener's error in trust notation while retaining the March 3, 2026 endorsement date.
