Planning Board approves peer review for Meadowbrook Commons housing project
Planning Board · Meeting of May 5, 2026
SHERBORN — Planning Board authorizes peer review for Meadowbrook Commons housing development. The Board unanimously authorized a technical peer reviewer for the age-restricted townhouse project on Coolidge Street, which includes affordable units, and unanimously delegated stormwater management permit authority to the Conservation Commission. The public hearing is scheduled for June 9, with the Board retaining 90 days from the close of the hearing to issue a decision.
Town Planner Heidi Doyle noted that North Sherborn Water and Sewer District infrastructure remains a prerequisite for the project, with the Final Environmental Impact Report still awaiting state acceptance and engineering design plans not yet completed.
