Planning Board approves FY27 budget; continues subdivision and stormwater work
Planning Board · Meeting of January 6, 2026
SHERBORN — The Sherborn Planning Board approved its fiscal year 2027 budget with modest adjustments. Town Planner Heidi Doyle outlined cuts including reducing Planning Board Clerk hours from 3 to 2.5 hours to offset costs of new AI clerk software, lowering office supplies by $50, and shifting $50 from education to travel. The board discussed a pre-submission subdivision proposal at 65 Farm Road that would require ANR endorsement and special permit approval for a common driveway.
The board continued work on Stormwater Management Plan bylaw language for the spring annual town meeting and received an update on the comprehensive zoning bylaw review.
