Sherborn Planning Board approves expanded stormwater bylaw rewrite. The board unanimously approved amendments to Chapter 200 (Stormwater Management) and Chapter 240 (Zoning) expanding protection from municipal MS-4 systems to six environmental areas including groundwater, wetlands, and public rights of way. The revised bylaws establish three permit categories based on land disturbance and impervious surface area.

Violations carry penalties up to $300 per day. In other business, the board endorsed an Approval Not Required plan for 250 Western Avenue and accepted Millborn Farm's entrance screening plan featuring four tree species.
