Sherborn Planning Board unanimously approves common driveway permit for 65 Farm Road. The five-member Planning Board unanimously approved a special permit for a common driveway to serve three parcels at 65 Farm Road, addressing abutters' concerns about project scope and construction timeline. Town Planner Heidi Doyle confirmed that future expansion of the driveway beyond three homes would require a new special permit application.
The permit expires February 24, 2028, with the option to file for a one-year extension; the Board also unanimously approved revised warrant language for zoning bylaw amendments to be presented at the Annual Town Meeting.
