North Sherborn Water-Sewer Commission advances bylaws to state agencies

SHERBORN — North Sherborn Water-Sewer Commission votes to submit bylaws to state agencies. The District Commission, meeting virtually on March 16, authorized environmental consultant Liz Clark to forward its draft general bylaws to the Massachusetts Environmental Policy Act review process and the Water Resource Commission. Commissioner Steven Tsai reported that water regulations are approximately 95 percent complete, with sewer regulations expected to be less complex.

The Commission indicated no urgency in proceeding with water system operator selection.
