SHERBORN — North Sherborn Water District elected Joshua Gould as Chair at its annual reorganization, marking the transition to an operational planning phase for the newly formed public utility. The unanimous election reflects the Commission's shift from formation work to implementation focus, with Gould also serving as Clerk and Secretary. Andrea Stiller, whose leadership guided the District through its first year, was recognized by members.

The Commission assigned responsibilities: Gould to research startup and administrative requirements, Matthew DiMartino to continue coordinating engineering consultants, and Marian Neutra to continue managing regulatory documents and intermunicipal agreements. The body plans to continue regular meetings focusing on engineering review, organizational development, and progress toward regulatory approvals.
