SHERBORN — North Sherborn water district discusses operator services and startup planning. The Commission heard from Kim Hall of SWSS about potential water system operator services, including scope, monitoring and reporting, meter reading, and regulatory compliance; Commissioners emphasized the importance of obtaining comparable written proposals from potential operators for consistent evaluation. The District continues review of draft General Bylaws and Water and Sewer Regulations, with inter-municipal discussions with Framingham ongoing at the municipal level, and is coordinating with the Select Board on filling a vacant Commission seat, with the Select Board expected to vote on candidates in March.
