North Sherborn water district advances FEIR and operations planning

SHERBORN — North Sherborn water and sewer district moves forward on development and operational planning. The North Sherborn Water and Sewer District Commission, with all five commissioners present including Andrea Stiller as Chair and Joshua Gould as Clerk, received updates from Tighe & Bond and Kennedy Wilson on Final Environmental Impact Report preparation and coordination with MEPA. Discussion covered intermunicipal agreements with Framingham and Natick, evaluation of potential system operators, development of a business plan and rate structure, and regulatory coordination.

The Commission emphasized the importance of establishing operational readiness prior to FEIR submission.
