Lake Street Home Sells for $3.1 Million as Sherborn Deed Filings Span Wide Price Range

Sherborn recorded 20 property transfers between July 10 and Aug. 8, with 14 disclosing a sale price ranging from $850,000 to $3.1 million and a median of $1,417,750. The month's top sale was 137 Lake St., which sold for $3.1 million on Aug. 4. Six transfers, including several moves into family trusts on Everett Street and Old Orchard Road, did not disclose a price. Farm Road saw two adjacent properties change hands between the same two families on the same day. Sales were distributed across price tiers, with eight of the 14 disclosed transactions falling between $1 million and $2 million.
