The month's top sale was 137 Lake St., which sold for $3.1 million on Aug. 4. Six transfers, including several moves into family trusts on Everett Street and Old Orchard Road, had no price recorded yet. Farm Road saw two adjacent properties change hands between the same two families on the same day. Sales were distributed across price tiers, with eight of the 14 recorded transactions falling between $1 million and $2 million.
