Sherborn Groundwater Protection Committee shifts to quarterly meetings to streamline operations. The committee voted unanimously to establish a work group comprising Chair Tom Trainor, Adrianne Frankel, and Stef Harrison to finalize the 2025 annual report due February 23. Members indicated preference for restructuring from monthly to quarterly meetings, acknowledging five years of core objective accomplishment while maintaining oversight of PFAS contamination, drought conditions, and proposed stormwater regulation expansions.
The committee discussed a proposed Holliston 40B development at 194 Lowland Street involving 250 rental units with a 48,060 gallon-per-day wastewater treatment facility adjacent to Bogastow Brook.
