Sherborn Government Task Force explores philanthropy initiatives and ombudsperson role amid business concerns. The Task Force heard from Nick Rodenhouse on establishing a charitable-giving culture and appointing a development officer; Ms. Rellas indicated discussing the approach with George Fisk, a board member of the Sherborn Fund.
Members reported that the Sherborn Business Association cited difficulty navigating town government and opacity in decision-making. Mr. Kaushal proposed an ombudsperson role to help residents navigate government and report issues to the Select Board.
