Farm Pond stormwater project wins committee endorsement

SHERBORN — Open Space Committee endorses Farm Pond stormwater remediation project. The Sherborn committee, chaired by Sam Nelson, unanimously approved the town's proposal to address stormwater and beach erosion issues at Farm Pond on the main path from parking lot to pond. Sustainability Coordinator Amelia Landau presented the project status and funding proposal.
In related action, the committee unanimously agreed to retain Brian Hotchkiss of Wordesign as copy editor for the Open Space and Recreation Plan. The committee postponed discussion of the 2025 survey results to March 30, when it will focus on organizing outreach to relevant implementation agencies.
