Sherborn Elder Housing Committee approves donation of Red Bud tree for Woodhaven. Only three of six committee members attended the May 21 meeting, unanimously approving resident Bonnie Chick's tree donation from Weston Nurseries, and Treasurer Theresa Burns reported expenses through May 14 of $455,234.55 with $180,539.30 remaining through June 30. Managing Agent Claire McClennan highlighted building maintenance concerns including deterioration of hot water heaters from rust and a water leak in the Community Room under investigation by town Plumbing Inspector Steve Frasca.
Fire alarm testing is scheduled for July 17.
