Elder Housing Committee Approves Minutes, Reviews Operations
Elder Housing Committee · Meeting of January 22, 2026
Sherborn elder housing committee reviews operations and maintenance needs. The committee approved prior minutes and heard reports on building, finances, and programs at Woodhaven. Present were Chair Pamela Dowse and members Steve Petty, Theresa Burns, and Abby Fiske, with Council on Aging representative Kristine Gallant and Managing Agent Claire M.
McClennan attending. The committee is seeking additional bids for $24,650 in sidewalk repairs beyond the Lynch quote. Remaining budget through June 30, 2026 stands at $342,527.79.
The surveillance system is now online with police, and alert pendants will be replaced February 4.
