Conservation Commission approves Coolidge Street multi-family development

Sherborn Conservation Commission approves three-building development at Coolidge Street after eight months of review. The Commission voted 5-0 to approve the KennedyWilson multi-family project, which includes three 3-story apartment buildings within a 100-foot wetland buffer zone; Conservation Agent Joyce Hastings presented a final order of conditions that provided flexibility in wetland bound spacing and set maintenance intervals to not exceed two years. The Commission also approved a revised septic system replacement at 86 North Main Street 5-0, after the applicant relocated the entire system outside the 50-foot buffer zone, requiring removal of a portion of the existing patio.
