SHERBORN — Commission approves residential projects with wetland mitigation. The Sherborn Conservation Commission voted unanimously (6-0) to approve an in-ground pool at 156 Nason Hill Road conditioned on planting and mitigation plans for a retaining wall found within the 100-foot buffer. In a separate 6-0 vote, the Commission approved an amended Order of Conditions for 81 Prospect Street, allowing a relocated dwelling to remain in the buffer zone to comply with zoning setbacks, with new stormwater management.
The Commission also approved T-Mobile tower upgrades and issued a certificate of compliance for a 2012 project.
