Board of Health · Meeting of June 3, 2026
Sherborn Board of Health waived filing deadline for major residential development. The board waived a 24-hour Environmental Health Impact Report filing requirement for Meadowbrook Commons, a 67-unit residential development, allowing flexible scheduling for the board's detailed environmental review. Engineer Liz Clark and Toll Brothers representative Jeff Heidelberg presented the linked Coolidge Crossing project (136 units), which requires municipal water and sewer connections from Framingham and Natick through an inter-municipal agreement expected within weeks.
The applicants will provide a written comparison of the board's stormwater regulation against state standards, with attention to private well protection and required infiltration testing. The board reappointed all existing staff and leadership, extended a variance for C&L Frosty through June 30, and approved six temporary food establishment permits and camp permits for Sweet Meadow Farm.
