Sherborn Board of Assessors approves January meeting minutes in routine March session. Chair Kevin Rudden, MAA, and Member Gregory Sheldon voted unanimously on a 2-0 tally. Member Joseph Raia was absent.
The board discussed assessing software status, with Rudden to follow up with Town Administrator Jeremy Marsette on a pending Request for Proposal. Most board business occurred in executive session, addressing tax deferrals, exemptions, motor vehicle excise matters, and real estate abatements.
