The board voted unanimously to accept April 7, 2026 open session minutes, with Kevin Rudden, MAA, Chair, and Gregory Sheldon, Member, voting in favor; Joseph Raia, Member, was absent. The board then entered executive session at 8:48 a.m. to discuss Motor Vehicle Excise Abatements for April 2026 and FY 2026 Real Estate Abatements, adjourning at 9:31 a.m.
