SHERBORN — Advisory Committee convenes in joint session with Select Board for closed litigation meeting. The Sherborn committee met on May 22 with five of eight members present; all procedural votes passed unanimously by roll call. Chair Stephen Bonder presided over the meeting, which recessed into executive session to discuss Richard Thompson v.
Town of Sherborn, a case pending in Middlesex Superior Court, and privileged communications regarding the litigation. The committee resumed its open session at 8:45 PM and adjourned.
